3 Part Custom Menu Consultation w/ Chef

Service Description

After designing hundreds of menus for unique Hill Country Weddings & Events, our Chef is extending the offer to work directly with you to craft your Custom Menu! Included in the initial fee is the following 3 rounds of consultation services from our Executive Chef: Consultation Session 1: - Book your Initial Custom Menu Consultation Video Call (40 Mins): Tell Chef your inspiration, theme and direction to shape your menu. Want grandma's Peach Cobbler Recipe - no problem. The sky's the limit with only your pocketbook to protest! Come with a list of your favorite dishes and a well fed imagination! - Chef will send you the first draft of your Custom Menu with Specific Item Pricing within 5 business days. Consultation Session 2: - Second Custom Menu Consultation Call (40 Mins): Further develop your menu items and work them into your event's budget. We have a plethora of cost effective local options we can work into the menu to make the event more budget & environmentally friendly, or we can provide more extravagant special items (need PEI Oysters, Beluga Caviar and locally raised Kobe beef encased in gold leaf? - we can accommodate nearly any request). - Chef will send you the second draft of your Custom Menu with Full Event Pricing within 10 business days. Consultation Session 3: - Final Menu Consultation Call (30 mins): Make the final additions and tweaks to finalize your menu. - Chef will send you the final draft of your Custom Menu with Full Event Pricing within 5 business days. Next Steps Now that you have your menu, schedule your Chef's Tasting (separate charge) to experience your own 'offre de menu'! * Additional Consultations are available for a fee of $80. * Custom Menu Service costs go towards the cost of your event on booking. * Additional Terms and Conditions may apply.
